CE REQUIREMENTS

CE REQUIREMENTS FOR CENTER WORKSHOPS:

Continuing Education Certificates will be awarded only to participants who attend entire workshops and complete the required evaluation form. Certificates will be awarded after we have received a participant’s completed course evaluation form.

Zoom Interactive Workshops

We are now offering only Live Interactive Workshops, in which participants have the opportunity to make comments and ask questions.  For that reason, we sometimes need to limit the number of participants. However, we can usually repeat a workshop if there is a large demand for that topic. We will ordinarily provide digital handouts instead of using a PowerPoint presentation. These workshops are offered at an “intermediate” level and are appropriate for mental health professionals of all professions.

Although the licensing boards in some states treat these as “in person” workshops for license-renewal purposes, this is not the case in all states, so potential participants should verify this with their own licensing board.

Ethics Online Course Offerings

We provide continuing education (CE) courses at an “intermediate” level, appropriate for mental health service providers of all professions and at all levels of experience, including clinical students, as well as beginning, intermediate, and advanced clinicians.

Our nationally accredited courses are developed by Mary Alice Fisher, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, Director of the Center for Ethical Practice, sometimes with co-authorship, where noted. Each course is relevant for mental health care providers of all professions, including psychologists, social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists.

See links below for specific information for your licensing board.
