Learning Objectives:

Attendees will be able to describe what an interstate compact is and one example of a compact

Learners will be able to describe what PSYPACT is and 3 things it allows psychologists to do in order to ethically and legally practice according to regulations

Attendees will be able to name the status of 10 participating states with regard to upcoming dates of implementation

Attendees will identify and discuss three ethical issues that may arise when utilizing PSYPACT
